I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be fully heard. I've noticed how often we carry hidden emotions and challenges alone. We say "I'm fine" when work, relationships, sleep, or studies are actually off balance. Open Room was founded on one simple principle: healing happens in safety. This is a quiet space away from the noise of daily life. A room with the door open. You don't need to be in crisis to walk through it. You just need to be ready to speak freely, without judgment.

As a certified Counsellor, I bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every session. Whether you need to talk, sit in silence, reflect, or explore new perspectives - I meet you where you are.

When we practice wellness by expressing the hidden stuff, healing starts. And healing clears space for your whole life to come back into balance. I'm here to listen, support you, and walk alongside you.
